Freedom For Teens

Selah Freedom’s “Freedom For Teens” Adult Training is beneficial for all adults. This video based training gives an inside look into what exploitation can look like with a variety of scenes and characters. Participants of the training will gain an understanding of the definition of: sex trafficking, exploitation, sextortion, and recruitment, how vulnerabilities can increase the risk of exploitation, signs of a trafficker/abuser and a victim/survivor, tactics used to groom and manipulate, the myths vs. facts of “the life” and the importance of a safe adult and speaking up when facing an issue.

Audience: Any adult, especially those interacting with youth including- parents, teachers, mentors, case managers, social workers, caregivers, clinicians, etc. sex trafficking is, the signs of it, and root causes. Learn how Selah Freedom is shining a light on the darkness of trafficking and how you can make an impact.
